What you agree to when you buy.
In short
- Chartory is made by BEY AGENCY LTD (UK) and sold through Polar, our merchant of record.
- Buying a plan gives you a licence, described on the Licence page.
- Prices are in USD, paid once, tax included where it applies. All sales are final.
- Access comes by email: a .fig file, a registry token or a repository invite, by plan.
- The 100 free React charts need no purchase; the Licence page covers them too.
- Misusing the token ends access to updates.

Who we are
Chartory is made and licensed by BEY AGENCY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (no. 16435596), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
The agreement
These terms apply when you use usechartory.com, install the free charts, make an account or buy a plan. The free charts are MIT licensed; the Licence page says what you can do with what you buy.
Buying
Orders go through Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record: Polar sells you the plan, charges any VAT or sales tax and issues the receipt. You pay once in USD. Access arrives by email right after payment; an account is optional. All sales are final; the Refunds page explains why.
Upgrades
Moving to a wider plan costs its price less what you paid for the plans you hold, from Purchases in your account.
Updates
Updates to the parts in your plan are included for as long as Chartory exists: the updated .fig file replaces the old one in your purchases (we email you when it lands), and the code updates in the registry.
Ending access
If a registry token is shared publicly or the kit is resold, we can turn the token off. The charts you already shipped stay yours.
Liability
Chartory is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for your plan, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts decide disputes, without taking away rights the law where you live gives you.
