Why there are no refunds
Chartory is a self-funded product made by one person. A plan opens the Figma file and the code right away, and those cannot be handed back, so every sale is final.
At checkout
Before you pay, you tick that you want access right away and that this ends your right to withdraw. Access to digital content starts the moment you pay, so the purchase is final.
Try before you buy
100 chart types are free as React components in the public registry, in Hearth. Every type has its own page with all four sizes, and the docs are open to everyone. Use them to decide.
Ask first
Not sure a plan covers what you need? Write to hello@usechartory.com before you buy and you will get a straight answer.
If something does not work
A broken chart is a bug, and bugs get fixed. Report it and the fix arrives in an update, at no cost.
Your legal rights
None of this takes away rights the law gives you. If what you bought is faulty and we cannot fix it in reasonable time, you can ask for a remedy under consumer law, including a price reduction or a refund.
